My wife and I started Rooval (the name comes from roof removal) around one rule: no transactional relationships. A roof protects your family's biggest asset, and that deserves more than a quote and a handshake. I still climb the roof myself, not because I have to, but because I like people, and you can't take care of someone from the driveway. A while back I was working on a house when the neighbor came over, a man in his sixties with leaks he couldn't get up to check himself. He was bracing for a bill in the thousands; it turned out to be a simple repair. That night, he went to bed knowing his roof had been handled. That's the whole job, right there. My wife and I have been together since we were 19, married since 2021, and have four kids. Outside of work, you'll find me on a walk, with my family, or serving our community.
