We walk the property first

Before the ladder comes off the truck, we introduce ourselves and walk the property, photographing all four elevations: front, left, rear, and right.

We document every slope

Going up the ladder, we measure and photograph slope by slope. Every damage point is chalked and photographed up close, so nothing gets missed.

We check the attic

Some problems, including moisture or staining coming through the deck, don’t show up on the shingles at all. So, we never skip the attic and check it too.

We confirm before we recommend

We come down and show the actual photos of what we found. Then, we verify your shingle material, check the market, and guide you on what to do next.
